Does anyone know where the "correcting own spelling in subsequent post" potboot came from?
I find it rather annoying.

I started when the board changed to Eve and you could no longer edit your own posts, after posting, for spelling mistakes.
No more anynoying than other lame attempts to get a +1 really.
The competition for the new page in the old OTT took the cake though.

| The reason for this is that the grammar police who jumps on other people for their lame spelling doesn't want to make themselves vulnerable against "you can't spell yourself" arguments.
