I'm having a lot of trouble attracting unemployed staff. Contracts are usually from the 200-mark upwards, which means it'll cost to get them. Don't have a problem with the quality of them, that is usually not
too bad, but when hardly ever an unemployed guy applies, it's hard to get anywhere with it.
I only run them about 4 weeks at a time, as it seems to costs quite a bit. Do unemployeds usually apply late in the process, or what's up here?
It's starting to get quite annoying to lose decent coaches for scraps, and not find much to replace them with. Just lost another one now
