I'm with Quinny here. With the exception of exilim loading up Asian players and scouting there and using prior knowledge of players, he's not done anything wrong. Some times how one learns is by making mistakes.

And I will answer your question as it's no way tipping. Yes, Weymouth are professional. Seasoned llamas won't touch them with a barge pole, but for a new LLM player who's getting his feet wet, it's a good starting point to get used to the way of playing before moving on to a challenging team.
