To be honest i don't think that Weymouth would be the team on their minds when they are looking at europe, unless they read the Observer! Your scouting fees must be horrendous.

Just a pointer before you go any further, have a look at the guidelines thread (at the top of the forum) and how we play the game, especially with regards to signing players.

It isn't realistic for lower league coaches in england to send their coaches to asia, and i doubt you'll find anyone willing to discuss doing so in here.
