Harsh but fair, That's why I just don't issue ultimatums anymore. I do like the feature where I can make increasing the size of the stadium part of your contract negotations. Obviously still to small a club to ask for it yet.

I like that too, but sticking with the training facilities for now. No point in nagging about stadium expansion when you can't even get half the stadium full.

No point nagging about a stadium expansion when it is none of the manager's business. Training facilities, yes, but if the money men can't see the potential to bring in extra revenue, that's nothing to do with the manager.

Each year I always ask them to upgrade the training facilites. Usually I get a refusal but I never give them ultimatum.
