Hey guys, after reading your posts on here I decided to start a game in the conference- the mighty southport! As im from not far from there.

I didnt know that they are all part-timers, will this affect my players? and is it better to get them all on FT contracts? Because after just 2 games, my players seem knackered! or is this just normal in the lower leagues?

Not so sure it's tipping as opposed to just a bit of sense, or taking a moment to think about it actually, kostis. (meaning if he really thought about his question for a moment).

If they're FT, they can train longer, maybe get more fit. But in theory they'll cost more contract wise. Your decision. And if it's just the first 2 pre-season games, i wouldn't be worried about fitness yet.

At the risk of tipping, I've found you have to be a little more proactive training wise to keep the players fit. I'll leave you to work out the rest.
