I am playing with York City. I was at match 41 on 84 points when the game crashed because of lack of memory. I had run nearly the entire season without stopping. I was in 3rd 2 points behind.

My question is do I try and get back to that point by saving the game and recreating as realisticly as possible the results since last save?

Or do I just start over from last save and take what comes?

Even though still ****ed about the 1-1 draw with Gravesend(18th) at home

Personally I would continue from last save as if it did not crash, regardless of the results.

on fm05, i had been managing chelsea for 6 years ( so boring being able to buy whoever you want ) and i had one the league title every year, champions league most years and various other cups. my board loved me, my fans loved me and i had been inducted into the hall of fame. it then tells me that i dont have any free memory, so i delete a few other games to free some up. few weaks later, the same thing happens, delete some more games, eventually, its taken so much memory up, that my computer crashes!! all data is lost!!!!

so anyway, computer got fixed, and i have decided that i shall save nothing else on my harddrive apart from fm06. forget vital gcse courework....this is all that matters!
