May you have answer why playing for Tourizense (Semi-pro, Portugese, 2C) I cannot loan anyone even from the same-level clubs. Another club accept offer, but every deal closes with refusal of player to join my team. I am offering max my board allows in wages... I had some loaned players in the beginning of the season and win due to them, after their leave at the end I will... I do not know what I will do...

Same with staff...

Any idea?

Your club has too low reputation and/or you're aiming for too good players.

I am continuously aiming for the players that are the same level of skills as mine even lower a little... From the similar semi-pro clubs...
I their clubs they are earning twice less that I am offering...

Then the reputation of the club is probably too low for them wanting to join. Just have to struggle with the ones you have then :thup:

Don't think it works for regular players, but for good quality ones the AI apparently shits money. It's not just in dealings with human managers though. I've seen e.g. Olympiakos pay £3.7M for a guy worth 100K tops. And for some reason they're faxing in offers when they can just pick guys on Bosmans. The bugs forum probably has more on it, and SI is hopefully on top of it.

Buying them cheap is never my problem...it's getting them to ferking sign for me once my cheap offers are accepted!!
