They've scouted a manager with experience at the level they play it.

To my suprise I was offered the Norway job and the USA job. I turned them both down because of the language barrier, I can't speak a word of American!

i got offered the boston job while managing lincoln. it wasnt that odd an offer, but it took the **** a bit! who in their right mind would want to manage boston?!
