As someone who has played CM/FM for a few years now I'd like to add a few thoughts here as I am in partial agreement over certain issues with both sides.

In regards to "Why do SI continually release a bugged game?"

Well, the old story is that, virtually every piece of software is bugged somewhere along the line, PC games have patches, even the best games. Sometimes it's things that are missed, sometimes it's an improvement.

That said, I'll admit that the same argument used every year that "A Demo was available", "A patch will be out soon" etc etc sometimes isn't good enough.

SI have said for a while now "Evolution, not revolution"

Well, this is all too accurate, and not in a totally good way. The new features are that, features, they don't benefit the game play in a major way.

I've agreed with the idea of evolution over revolution, but I am starting to think that SI need to make a jump forward along the path of evolution and create something special and new.

The market is getting crowded and this isn't as flashy as other games (which is a good thing, substance over style) so SI do need to produce something that will set them a few more years ahead of the chasing pack, otherwise they will be caught and swallowed by inferior games with bigger budgets.

I personally think that SI have done a great job. Yeas, I want the patch as much as anyone else, but stop frikking whinging about it.

Ackter, you continue to display a lack of courage by not responding to the questions that were asked of you. Thank you for continuing to prove my point. As you resort to name calling rather than answering the challenge, you show the weakness of your viewpoint and your inability to support it.

However, I take pride in the fact that you call me a drama queen. Maybe someday you will figure out what is actually happening here. But you've had at least two or three years to solve the mystery, and you seem to have made no progress. In the meantime, please continue with your responses and the name calling. It makes the whole enterprise that much better.
