ok this is really bugging me now. ive tried EVERYTHING but i cant seem 2 manage a national team from the start :/
PLEASE CAN SUMONE HELP ME ?????

Where you select the club you want to manage, there should be a drop down menu which contains the leagues you added and, at the bottom, the title "Nations" just select which ever one you want from there.

On a seperate note, if you want to play as the Iran manager (or somewhere similarly obscure) then you will need to use the "load all players from" option, when you make the game if you don't have that nations league running.
