Permanently ****ed off.
I have no budget so take what I can find; youth, grannies, veterans- if they can walk their in.
Anyone steps out of line and its a 2 week fine and a stint in the reserves.
I will also moan at the media just for the sake of it. |

Miss training, straight red? " 2 weeks fine! That shuts em' up.
But it says my style is adventurous. But it needs to be with Sunderland as Prem Champs in 2010

I'm a tough disciplinarian but refuse to condemn my players in the press and never criticise their form and always argue agaisnt their red cards or referees decisions.
If the player steps out of line, e.g. criticises my selling a player, they are out of the team and going somewhere else.
I never negotiate contracts and my first offer is my last offer and I only increase wages if the player has played well and shown loyalty to the club.
But i'm extremely loyal to my club and my players if they both deserve it, always giving players that deserve it a coaching role but I will also always resign if the chairman interferes.

Im in the Lawrie Sanchez mould of long ball football. My profile says that I am adventurous though so something in the game must be wrong.
I am too loyal to players though as I do tend to play my favourites but im not loyal to any clubs-Had 4 clubs and 1 nation in 5 seasons.

What you say one thing, do the other and then release a book about it, get sacked and the whole of Northern Ireland laughs?!

Along those lines, quit Ivory Coast to concentrate on Derby then got sacked. I do get my teams playing dull long ball football aswell. I hate Sanchez though as he has ruined Fulham.
