I guess I'm an Arsene Wenger type manager. My Blackburn squad has an average age of 20. The most I've ever spent on a player in '08 is £9m and he turned out crap. So I think I will stick to my young players now. I trust my squad alot and try to get them all to like each other.

A bit of a copello, if i've got the finances then any players that moan at me are in trouble.
In my ajax game i had one of my stars demand a transfer, unfortunately for him he had 3 years left on his contract...which he then spent in the reserves |

i love buying young players because, they last longer in your team, you can mould them into your style, and watch their price value sore! in addition, it tests my scouting abililties etc.

i try to wind up the opositin befor the game unsettle star players a few weeks before so they play bad against me and try to convince one one thierf defenders they are the weak link in the team
i will always tell me players what i think of them no matter if they losing 2-0 or winning 8-0
and as for match day tactics? my approach on the game is score one more than they do and it seems to work |

Score 1 more than the opposition hasn't worked out too badly so far.
I never speak to the press, especially regarding incidents occuring during the game because they achieve nothing if you'r correct.
Like to keep my main players happy too. |

I like to think I'm a Wenger-like manager
I buy the players young and then sell them at around their prime to reap the financial rewards |

in my club i make the rules, who breaks them is off the team and club, i usually use my stars but if any of those stars gets a 6 then in the next game they'll be out of main team for 1 or 2 matches

I'm a Kevin Keegan.
I buy more forwards instead of having tactics.
