I am with Fisher in League 2, I am £4000 under my wage budget and I have £300,000 to spend on transfers. I can only find an option to transfer my excess wage budget to make more money available for transfers but not the other way around. Am I right in thinking I cannot do this unless I wanted to buy a player who wanted lets say £5000 a week and then that option would appear? If this is the case how does this option appear, in the player negotiation screen or do I have to access the board request screen first?
if you want to transfer the transfer budget to wage budget, you need to be just a little under the wage budget ... and at Budget Adjustments you will find that option ...
