Has anyone else's defensive midfielders always got 6/7 and never any more? they can still together 80+ passes together and tackle effectively but just never seem to get good ratings. I was just thinking this when this happened...

how have kaka and vela only got 6's?!
first of all kaka put together 70 passes and only misplaced 3, had 10(10!) shots with 7 on target, none of them went in but surely the fact that he's getting that many shots on target is worth more than a 6.
and vela has 3 times as many shots and 3 times as many on target as adebayor, and i know i brought adebayor off 15 minutes from the end but this was due to him being offside 3 times as many times as vela...
i'm not angry or chucking my pc around because at the end of the day i won and was happy enough with it, just wondering if anyone else is a bit bemused by the ratings their players receive sometimes.

I find the ratings for goalkeepers laughable. They always get 'blamed' ratings-wise for conceding goals. Even if a defender makes a shocking error to gift the opposition a goal, his rating wont suffer but the keeper will usually get knocked down to a 6.

the ratings system in general is a tad dodgy. However, my defensive mids dont tend to suffer, its normally the gk's
