Awful idea for me. The focus needs to be put squarely into ironing out the bugs of FM08 and improving the current series and not going off on tangents. A chairman mode as you describe does not appeal to me at all, mainly because I do not believe it would be particularly enjoyable.

Negotiations seem to be a big part of your chairman mode, yet currently in FM negotiations between clubs and players are somewhat flawed...

i don't fink that they would have 2 cram it all in to one game maybe jst bring out like an expansion pack and then leave it down to the players what they would like so are happy being just the manger but some also would love to be chairman as well
