On my game all the EPL players faces are missing plus Club Badges and Kits, even in the lower league youth teams faces are missing, also noticed this with other nations, is this a BUG or a Copyright Issue within the game?

It's not a bug. We don't have a license for the English Premiership, only the Football League and Conference.
