Hi guys,

I am trying to edit a skin so that it makes any background picture added covered with a layer of shading so that all the text within game isnt mixed up with any bright background pic.

Can someone please kindly point me in the right direction of how to do this?

I am colour blind, so background pictures really trouble me, yet I think background pics are an essential part of the game. If i can make this change i can enjoy the background pictures too.

Ive never edited a skin before so I have no idea.

So no one here knows how to make a darker tint to the skin which can cover the background pic (ie make the background a darker shade?)

Surely someone knows.. :p

Theres loads of guides on creating them, but I just cant find how to do what I want to do.
