Ok guys, need your help here.

I'm wanting to update a few of the pictures I've got in game with photos that I've got hold of. Now I've read how to insert the players pictures so hopefully thats not going to be a problem.

What I need to know is how to create the config.xml file to place in the folder. I haven't a clue how to do this so any help would be appreciated.

Copy and paste a config file from another folder to your custom one and edit the values "record from="xxxxx" with the file name and replace "to pictures/players/xxxxxxxx" with the Unique ID of the player

but can this be done text program like notepad, word or likewise??

And what format type has it got to be saved as?

When you do it in Notepad go to File->Save As..

then in name field "config.xml" and in Type field "All Files"
