he is not definitely signing for Celtic. According to his agents and club he is signing for hearts on a 2 year deal going up to 5 if he gets the work permit. Today's Scotsman : "Copil's advisors knew nothing of the suggestion that the youngster has signed for Celtic."
Also there is : "Hearts have agreed a fee of EURO100,000 with the playmaker's club, Atletico Arad, and he is expected to return to Edinbrugh on January 6 to finalise the move"
It goes on to say a Glasgow tabloib claimed he was signing for Celtic.
Basically the tabloid says that he has signed for Celtic whereas the Scotsman quotes fees and even dates. We all know the reliability of the Glasgow tabloibs (for those that don't, none).
The Glasgow tabloib is the Daily Record that includes direct quotes from Copil. Wow, you say, the Record must be telling the truth. Well i would have thought that as well but he can't speak english. You've really gotta hand it to these poor weegie tabloids, they just want Celtic to come out on top so much. Its a pity that you have to pay for him Celtic.

hy!i'm from romania.here we don't know very well this player COPIL.we heard about him now when he is moving to celtic or ....i don't think this is a great talent.If he was a "wonderkid" he was IN PREMIER DIVISION in Romania not in second.
Whatta smart guy! Imagine that not all the 16 years Romanian wonderkids are playing in the first league. I can compile you a list of at least 5 good Romanian players capped at his level and not playing even in third league.
