Candidate Countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Turkey have applied to become members of the EU but have not negotiated their accession to the EU. Candidate countries are not members of the Free Movement Of Workers agreement.
Please folks, Romania and Bulgaria became members of the union as of the 1st January 2007, 5 days ago. So they should be in that list for the game imho.

I concur. I made that change already using FMM and the official editor.
Oh yeah, for the die-hard EU-freaks, that list should also contain French Guyana, Réunion and Guadaloupe, because they count as EU-members in light of where nationality is needed for in this game. But as I recall, people with those nationalities almost certainly have a French passport a long with it. But, I've taken a closer look at those countries trough FMM, and the game allready sees them as EU-members.
