This is a good tactic which my cousin employs in his barca games.
I've tried it with A.C milan and it's been fairly good.
Here's what it looks like.
The key feature to the tactic are the attacking wingers be sure to have AMRL's on both sides because they swap positions in the middle of the game. Also they should be high in creativity
Goes without saying the striker should be good, since he's the only one playing upfront
That should work fine, if your team instructions are set correctly.
I use a layout similar to that, except I have 3 MCs and the arrows for the AMR/L are pointing diagonally into the box. I use a short passing game and have the midfielders on high creativity. The wingers have a creativity of about 12. Contrary to real life, I also have my D-line hang back a bit too.
I'm currently 16-3-2 using that tactic, with 51 points. Unfortunately, R. Madrid is insane in my game, and they are 16-4-2... =(
Just tried it with Holland and Bolton. Holland NR.1 World Cup and with Bolton nr 4 in EPL
Love the football they are showing with this tactic. Anelka just scored 33 goals in EPL
