Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Training not only about stats?

From personal observation (having played over 40 seasons either as llm or as title chaser) i have come to the conclusion that training affects how players react in the pitch REGARDLESS of stats. for example.. henry cant dribble the worst defender despite having green arrows all over and his dribbling stat is 19 (with the other "dribbling" stats being really high).with some other training schdule he can drible all the team even with him having red arrows and his "dribbling" stats being 1 point down. Also overall training intensity does affects them in the pitch, (not only morale). With very intensive schedule players seem to lose their "edge".
Anyone from si to tell me whats really happening with training? My impression is that the success or not of a team is heavily dependent on training;good tactics dont seem to be enough. Any help with this?

You seriously need to chill out, so what if people haven't responded, they either haven't got the time or they have no view of your training theory.

My observation, is that training has a big EFFECT on your team. It prepares the team for match situations and improve their skills. I know many people do not participate in training, due to whatever reason, however ignoring it is no longer an option.

I wouldn't recommend putting players on intensive, if anyone, the goalkeeper as he touches the ball the least on the pitch etc..

Im not pushing anyone to answer, i just think that is interesting to clarify the effects of training on someone's team.
I have a theory that is somewhat different from the general consensus in this board, so i would be extremely good interested to have an answer from someone in si. In case im proved wrong, then the task of choosing the players of your squad would be a piece of cake;just put in tha ones with the green arrows and your team will materialise your tactics.
If im not proved wrong, then you have to try almost every tactical change you make with a given training schedule;but if your schdule is not as good as it should be, you may render a good tactic useless.

i think youre up a blind alley here, noone knows, and there are bigger fish to fry than the vagueries of the traning/performance relationship.

I think thats why people arent answering. Perhaps try another angle.
