i have taken your advice on board and have downloaded your tactic but have also done a lot of tweaking i like the way you use the mentalities as two banks of 5, never thought of that one

Oh and socks, I downloaded your milan tactic and tried to apply what you use in it to my own tactic, so far it is working pretty well. I do have a question though. Do you adjust anything at all if you're playing a tought team, lets asy like Chelsea who will play fast. Thanks.

guys - all good feedback, we can chat in some detail regarding all of this, share experiences and also perhaps develop further tactics by sharing methods on a new thread I will post up, 'socks tactics centre'.

A lot of us are using 2 and now three of these in rotation so I think we can make some good inroads with all the shared experiences.

I like the fact the principles used are being applied to your own stuff also :thup:

When you see the new thread can you pop in and say hello and what tactic you are using, for how long and your general progress, maybe some positives, and importantly the negatives.

just used it for liverpool beat rangers 6-0, hajduk 2-1 and lyon 4-0 but i had mainly youth players out lol

I was wondering what hasppens to players performances when they play out of position. For example a proper default 4312 uses three mc's. If i play the two outer mc's as AMC's or wingers will their performances dip dramatically socks.

Regarding your 4312 tactic do your wingers become isolated with the ball? Im about to try it but had similar problem with the wide diamond.
