Well its good to see defensively it's still holding up. I'm still working on the defense aspect myself(and very pleased with results - will be releasing 0.6 later tonight probably), so I won't be working on offense for a bit. Try a few things, including:

(1) Change wingers arrows so they are diagonal, going into striker.
(2) Dropping wingers back a spot.
(3) Changing their attacking to higher.
(4) Change passing style to be more direct.

The ball might be getting clogged up in midfield a bit.

Okay I'm happy to release version 0.6. I've worked on it a bit more defensively, and have been very happy with it. We had a very good run of games without conceding anyway. We then conceded 2 versus Man U, but beat them 4-2 in a very open match. Next up was Chelsea, who were on a nine game winning streak, and not only did we hold them to a 1-1 draw, but completely dominated the game, and killed every attack. Their only goal was a 35 yarder from Lampard.

Also I cannot emphasize enough how important the midfielder is. Here is Tim Cahills stats this season:



Other note is in regard to corners, be sure to put your best header of the ball on the near post flick on. Also I put my other best header at the far post.

Also if anyone is looking for something to tweak, I'd really like for you to look into making the striker better. That is probably what I'll work on next but I'm not sure yet. Andrew Johnson is my main striker, has 8/14 in the league and 11/20 overall, and I think could be doing a lot better to be honest.

Changes in this one are a few minor tweaks of the sliders, and I've made things more defense. Also switched to man marking for the defence and DMCs and happy with it. One last note: bonus points if you can get the DMCs to have good long shots, they should get a couple of shots a match at least, and I'm looking at setting them up to get more in the future.

Quick update: I've changed my strikers mentality to 12, and he's getting a lot more involved in the game. Not competely finished tweaking him yet, but if you download 0.6 be sure to try that.

Also off to bed and will work more on it tomorrow, but heres my latest results since the Liverpool 3-0 away victory

i will give it a try in foreign leagues.

How is this tactic working in lower leagues like the Conference?

Are there any experiences?

No experiences yet in the lower leagues, what you see is what you get right now I'm generally not a tactic creator, however this one just seemed to be doing really well so I decided to invest some time into trying to perfect it. Looking forward for feedback from the lower leagues.

Just been using this for a few games and I have to say it surprised me. I thought it wasn't such a good looking tactic at first but I gave it a few games with a save game I haven't tried in weeks and hit top form.

Gonna start a new game to give myself the full benefit.
