Hi guys,
Very sorry for being AWOL. To be honest, I wanted to wait until I had 1.0 done, and then post that. Unfortunately, I have not been happy with the tactic to the point where I can say "Hey here is 1.0!" so I am releasing 0.95.
You guys are welcome to toy around with it, and if you can get anything better than what is there, please feel free to share Only thing to remember is the target man is the AMC.
My only real issue is the midfield. This is where the main problem lies - I don't think the midfield are being used as they should be. Some things to try:
- Two DMCS. One MC with farrow all way up to striker.
- Two MCs, one with a farrow, one with a barrow. DMC behind the MC with the farrow.
- 3 MCs, one with a barrow, two with a farrow.
Feel free to play around all you want http://www.theultimatecasinoguide.co...underv0.95.tac |

Nice one Wings.
Which of your tactics do you think is the best/most effective? Any chance of uploading that one?

I've tried this tactic at various points, but the latest one is the most successful by a long way. You get loads of players flooding forward in the attacks - I'm about 3 months into the season and already every midfielder and striker in my first team (Arsenal) squad have scored.
One important thing though I think - remember the AMC is a target man, so he will receive a lot of balls in the air as well as into his feet (even with target man supply set as into feet) so ideally he needs to be strong/tall/good in the air/all 3. Cahill, Ballack, Baptista, and Bodmer are prime examples of the sorta players who excel here.
Great work on the tactic - keep it up :thup:

| Thanks for the feedback. One really interesting thing I have found is that, in my experience, it isn't the player that makes the position, it's the position that makes the player. Generally no matter who I have put in that position, they end up becoming a superb player. Like in all my previous Rangers games I used to sign an AMC to put there, or train Prso for the position while Buffel played his part in the team but didn't be outstanding...but in my most recent game, I put Buffel there and he was just incredible. Also with Dunfermline, average player like Alan McDonough was put there and was a Scotland internationalist within the year.

One quick thing - I've just noticed the instructions of the midfielder without a farrow are more attack-minded than the instructions of the one with a farrow. Is this:
1. Deliberate, i.e. the one without the farrow is the DM and and one with the farrow is more of an AM;
2. A misinterpretation by me, i.e. the one with the farrow is the DM and the one without is more of an AM;
or 3. A mistake, i.e their instructions should be the other way round/farrow should be on the other player?
Again many thanks.
