cipriang80 Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2005 Posts: 8 Rep Power: 0	i ve offered two of my youngsters huge win bonuses ($15.000) and their av. rating is a lot higher than the rest of the team. i don t know if it is a coincidence or it really makes a difference.
