When playing in the LLs should the tactics be more simple so the players with limited ability don't get "confused" or should I use the same tactics for Premier leagues and Conference North teams.
I play lower league, but don't tweak many individual instructions. My view is that the Premier League is played at a very high tempo, in the lower leagues it tends to be at a more moderate tempo.
Also I believe that the passing style lower down benefits from being more direct. However I do not mean that you need to play a direct style, if you want to play a passing game just make sure you increase the passing slider a few notches to the right.
Premier league sides will also make more use of free roles for players and tend to play with more creative freedom.
Lower down the targetman can be very effective if played with a quick striker.
Leroy, my experience is the opposite, although I think it depends on what players you have in your team.
As the players are crap in the LL I tend to give them a lot of creativity and put the game in high tempo as the game itself is often very unstructured and it is about making so much chances as possible.
So far I am undefeated in the Swedish div2 throughout the season with 80 goals scored and 5 conceded. 20 wins in a row.
