i have got some team instructions that stop the opposition from dominating the last 10/15 minutes when they go gung ho (ultra attacking)! i'll explain them in a minute but, for example when portsmouth went 4-2-4 in the 79th minute and (i watch matches in key) and in the 86th minute (after no talk on the bar) they had a long shot and a free kick and they weren't dominating like they usually are.

I'm not saying this is the ultimate defensive tactic, i'll let you be the judge of that!

Here's the tactics, give it a try if you wanna :

team mentality 6
creative freedom 7
passing style 12
tempo 14
width 5
closing down 10
time wasting 9
defensive line 3
tackling normal

down both flanks
man marking (everyone except keeper and playmaker, they're zonal)
target man supply run onto ball

use:
target man
playmaker
counter attack

If you are wondering why i use 9 time wastings, its so that my team doesn't kick the ball out of play everytime they on the ball, i don't want to concede but i want some chance of scoring aswell! (especially with eddie johnson, :eek: he's amazing!)

This has got off to a flyer! Anyway, I'm doing great with just my two tactics and no tweaking! i've got an attacking tactic with short farrows on wingers and a defensive tactic with short farrows on wingers and short barrows for the full backs (the only barrows you can get on full back!) and in 12 games i scored 30 and conceded 2! I'm not changing things for away games either! Also with all matches i play i don't get bombarded in the last 10% of the game, which really pleases me

Which position do you select as playmaker? besides that you also checked use targetman with supply run onto ball..suppose you have small strikers?

i use emre who is my attacking mid (i use a flat 4-4-2 but have a defensive cm and attacking cm) yes i have obafemi martins and rossi first season, so have owen, he is one of the best fast strikers (pace and acceleration 39/40 off the ball is 15/16 etc)
