Training Query

Does it matter if your ass man only takes part in one area of training. ie, defending.

Does the game take this into account? Should he be taking part in all areas of training, even goalkeeping training, to make sure he works with and gets to know all the players?

Especially if you have him set to take the team talks, which i do.

Or does it not matter.

as far as i know the thing that matters is how many stars you can get in each category.

i use my ass man in one category only, so if it's different i'd sure like to know too!!!

personally, I use the other coaches to get the 5*'s for training, I dont se the asst manager for any coaching

I picked him as he had a 20 attribute in motivating and he's just there for team talks.

I dont need a asst manager for the reserve team as I loan out the entire reserve team every season.
