I'm ten league games into the season and find myself in 17th position in League 2, where I should be challenging for promotion. I've got a pretty decent squad, but no matter what tactics I try (tried using WWFan and Cleon's ideas as well as looking up other ideas) I just cannot win a game, worse I cannot even draw!
My defence seems pathetic and constantly concedes, the CB's always being ripped apart. There are VERY few chances being created for my forwards (maybe 4 average a game) and that's considering my most commonly used tactic is 4-4-2 diamond with an AMC.
My team morale is being shot to pieces and I need to do something quickly to get some wins under my belt or all the time I've spent scouting and signing quality youngsters will be gone and I'll be sacked. Help!
Whenever you try a new tactic, you should give your team 5-7 games to adapt to it.. Changing and tweaking your tactic after each game is a road to disaster..
What about playing away and changing your tactics and formation then? I've just went to a bog-standard 4-4-2 with defensive settings and still ended up getting beat 2-1 by a no-mark team that just got promoted to the league
