Does anyone know what would the best tactic be for this portuguese team? I've tried dozens of tactics all I got was bad results. The best players are Nani (ANRE), Joao Moutinho (AMC) and Liedson (ST).
It's a very young team and I can't buy any good players with €4 mil.

Hi, i´m portuguese and maybe can help. You should consider implement 4x4x2 diamond, like Sporting CP do in real life. Something like this:

GK - Ricardo
DRight - Abel/Caneira
DC - Tonel
DC - Polga
DLeft - Ronny/Tello
MDC - Custódio/M. Veloso (fantastic player, try direct pass)
AMRight - João Moutinho
AMLeft - Nani
AMC - Romagnoli
(Farnerud, Carlos Martins and Paredes for substitutes)
PL - Liedson (rocks)
PL - Alecsandro/Bueno, Yannick (depending what styl eof play you prefer)
