Tweaking experts needed for 4-2-2-2

I've used these tactics since the start of this savegame as Man City.
In the first few seasons they were really good, but as the AI 'cracked' it I tweaked it a bit, but not with much succes.. I drew alot, my strikers became very inactive and the mathces ended 0-0 constantly.

Is there a tactical genuis who might want to have a look at it, it would be much appriciated!
