I found Guadado to be injury prone.
I go for Marcelo from Real Madrid. 19. Really low minimum release clause - around 5.5 million. Not getting played at Real, so generally happy to leave. Always gets work permit on appeal.
Got him on my Villa side and hes been excellent so far no matter where I play him. I had to give him quite a big contract, 55k euros pw, but that was because I was in a bidding war with the spurs and didn't want to lose out on him.

I signed him for my west ham side and he's been **** to say the least and is now behind kewell, boa morte and etherington on the left and behind ljungberg and Solano on the right.

How/where are you playing him? I play him mostly as an MR with an arrow to AMR (hes position training as an MR) and he plays as ML->AML when Barry isn't playing. He also played as AMC when Vaart was injured. I'm considering for 2nd season making him my main AMC and offloading Vaart for a different AMR
