Inter/AC Milan/Barcelona have good backroom staff, especially Fitness Managers that can be be offered contracts as coaches, all of the staff have about 1 million in release clause.. one super example is Claudio Gaudino from Inter, he is a Fitness Coach there but I offered him position as First Team Coach.

Good assistant manager for free. 20 for judging ability and potential and decent tactics. Not a bad 'keeping coach either. He's a coach with the Argentine national side. Dunno if he's good enough for the top level but I'm very happy with him at Preston.

Vicen Gomez - such an awsome coach for me. His stats look awsome and i got him for peabuts from Athletic Bilbao. Also got a world-class reputation now at only 36. Think hes quite awsome meself.

Absolutely awesome coach with many of his stats at 20. I have him doing only Set Pieces, Shooting, Attacking & Ball Control. Since I bought him, I am scoring a lot more goals from corners and free kicks. Downside is £1m has to be paid to spurs as compensation, but he's well worth it.
