First, Adriano IS available for 10M as the start of the game in the full version. I bought him for 9.5M + 10% sell on fees.
Second, Pandev attracts interest from Chelsea and A.C. Milan at the start. You have to bid straight away for him. Between 12-13.5M should do it. I bought him for 13M. And to beat off interest from Chelsea, offer him a key-role in you team and also a little more money than what he asks for (they are generally VERY reasonable for a player of his quality so no harm). Bid around 8-9M for him first. The bid will probably get turned down but by the time Chelsea should have made a bid. It's generally 13-14M. Bid around 10M + some sell on fees and they'll start negotiating with you. Then its up to you how low you can keep it.
Third, since the original poster is playing Tottenham, there's no point getting Huntelaar as they've already got Berbatov who's about the same as Klaas-Jan. Adriano is a strong, hard hitting striker. Very direct. He's GREAT in the big matches. Always tends to score in them. Pandev is a quick guy, who runs at defenders and tries to get by. He's very good as well. Good long shots and good finishing. But again, Tottenham have Bent and Defoe (I'm sure you wouldnt have off-loaded both anyway!). They are both a bit like Pandev (although he's MUCH better). Adriano is probably the best fit for Tottenham. Go for him
imo.
