ok, i am in first season with man city and 4th in the prem on level points with 3rd and 2nd, £3.5 million to spend in January on a striker, bianchi is injured and although he hasnt been prolific, i have only been beat since hes been out of the team.

im guessing im unlikely to get a top four striker for 3.5 million...but any ideas?!!

ive just agreed 1.1 million deal for wijnaldum also, so that takes the budget to 2.4 million now, also contract offers with stancu (275k) and aaritalo (1 million).

any other ideas?

Mickyttudes - ive a month to go until january transfer window, what will i have to offer to get him to come? i.e do i have to pay 100% wages, can/cannot be recalled etc etc. thanks mate

You can offer 90% wages or even 80% IMO if you're short of Bank Balance. And Clauses:
Can Play against own team - No
Can be recalled - Yes/No(They don't recall usually, so its your choice)
Can Play in cup Matches - Yes.

If they reject, Try some additional fee.

BTW, haven't ye got Mpenja. His stats are good enough to be a cover.

yes i have mpenza, just doesnt seem to have cut it though so far, although to be fair he hasnt really had prolonged run in team. but, he also didnt score in the reserves when i sent him for match fitness.

Billy Sharpe scored 28 goals for my Sunderland team that finished 4th and then 30 for my team that finished 2nd and in that season he also scored in the Champions League Final. But i play him with a good header of the ball.
