Question about coaches

I need a seven star coach who is great in "ball control"!!! So in what area should this sort of coach be strong?

I also need a coach who is great at "set pieces"!!! So where does he need to be good in??

f.e. if i want a coach who is great at attacking well i go for a coach with attacking 20 .... just as example.

For ball control sign Michele Basile since I can't remember the stats you need for it but for set pieces I'm pretty sure it's Mental/Attk = at least 39 and Technical = at least 17 not too sure though.

To get 7 stars in BALL CONTROL
Your coach must have: tec =18 & men =>18 or
tec =19 & men =>14 or
tec =20 & men =>10
