I bought a player, who didn't get a work permit. So i lend him to my feeder club in Spain where it is said that a player gets a permit in 4 years. Feeder club information
But when i check player's Personal info i see that ge will gajn work permit in 3600 days.

So will he recieve WP in 4 years or 3500 days?

Thats nationality dude, not work permit. He'll be eligible to apply for nationality after the 3525 days. But he'll be eligible to get a work permit in 4 years. However, let a year go by. Then keep offering him a new contract every 2-3 months. When he signs, he'll have to apply for a WP again and he might get it much before the 4 years (usually do).

Ow, thanks. I've always thought that nationality and work permit are in some way related.

The only relation between nationality and work permit is that if you gain nationality of any country, you'll never need a work permit for the same country!

Also, if you get nationality of any EU country, you can play in any country across the EU without needing a WP.
