It all pays dividends in the end. You can be a crap manager and have success with big clubs, but to earn promotion out of the raw sewage of the absolute bottom leagues, you have to be good. And even then you can still have some bad saved games where nothing seems ot work.

But, once you've learned how to be a better manager and find success in the lower leagues, just imagine how much better you'll be when you take over a bigger club. That's how you can turn Werder Bremen into a prennial European powerhouse.
