I've been finally offered a contract and am playing for the mighty Gershens BK - Sweden 2nd Divison west Gotaland (of course)

I've noticed everyone in my squad is both 'grey' and either aged 17/20. Is this normal?

It is for some of the lesser known teams, you'll have to offer them all contracts and hope they aren't useless.

What db size, MVFC?

On a small db, some smaller teams won't have players. I'd be surprised if teams had no players on huge though.

Never played in Sweden personally, so I don't know if that's normal or not.

The upside is that it's fairly easy to sign players that improve your current squad :thup:

Unusual. Sweden lower leagues came pretty well stocked with players in my save (FM05, normal DB).

Lots of fun building your empire out of an all grey squad though. If you survive the first season.
