Sell rarely and buy often seems to be pattern I follow too.

League Two: Hayes
Bit of a cliché season this time round. Started off shockingly and I was rightfully in the bottom 2 from the opening day until early December, reaching the lofty heights of 22nd going into the New Year.
Had a revamp of my tactics that paid off and I slowly began climbing up the table, eventually finishing 11th and 5 points from a playoff spot.
Had job offers from Brentford (Championship, relegated from the Premier League) and Stoke (League One but now facing me next season) that were very tempting but eventually rejected after some deliberation.
Final position: 11th (5 points away from the playoffs)
FA Cup: 3rd round (6-0 slaughter from Arsenal)
League Cup: 1st round (1-0 home defeat to Gillingham)
LDV Vans: 1st round (2-1 home defeat to Hendon)
Players In: 2 (£2k spent) & 4 loans
Players Out: 2 (£12k received)
Premier League: Chelsea
FA Cup: Arsenal (beat Brentford on pens, Bees did knock out Chelsea in the semi's though!)
League Cup: Middlesbrough

League Two: Hayes
Fairly comfortable season but I further proved to myself that nothing is easy in football.
Had a good start that saw me rise into the top 2 and a battle with Stoke for 1st place. Heading in to January joint on points and top on goal difference.
Pressure seemed to get too much as I dropped points while Stoke went on a long winning run. By mid-February they were 23 points clear of me.
Bad run continued on and in the final 6 games I dropped down to 4th before rising back up into 3rd with one game left. Only got a draw which I was sure would have meant the playoffs but luckily neither of the sides in 4th & 5th won and automatic promotion was sealed.
Had a job offer from Doncaster that I nearly jumped at but held back in the end. Think I might find myself walking away from Hayes next season as I lost two of my better players because I couldn't offer them the contracts they wanted.
cts they wanted.Final position: 3rd (automatic promotion)
FA Cup: 2nd round (2-1 away defeat to League One Peterborough)
League Cup: 1st round (2-1 home defeat to League Two Chester) Still waiting for a win in this competition!
LDV Vans: 1st round (4-0 home defeat to League One Swansea)
Players in: 1 (£28k spent) & 4 loans
Players out: 8 (£1.2m received)
Premier League: Chelsea
FA Cup: Leeds (beating Nottenham Forest in the final 2-1)
League Cup: Tottenham
