Anyone else have trouble getting their board to pay wages getting on towards the players wages? It's just my board will let me (for a big-name player) offer almost 40x more than the maximum offer for a staff member - no matter how good.
I've just got my team in the Conf National (4th attempt ) and have a fair few bob in the bank and this has been reflected in the playing staff wages but not the backroom staff. Will this change in a decent timescale? I've got loads of room in my wage budget...
Not noticeably mate, mines still very low, so i've started signing retiring players as player/coaches, so you have more wages to offer (tipping I know but this bug is frikkin annoying, forgive me oh mighty LLaMa).
Yeah, same problem here. After 4 seasons I still can't offer more than 35/wk for a physio. Needless to say, nobody wants to sign up for that money, even the ones that have been unemployed for 4 years.

So the trick is to go full time? My board need to be a bit more forward thinking (could be true of real life I suppose... ).
I am guessing that the game is set up so you go pro when you get promoted out of the conference. Only happend once so I don't have a lot to go on.
