No, I don't think so. If Manure offered me their job, no amount of money would convince me to take it.

And if I find I'm attached to my current club, whichever that is, very few offers would interest me. I think the same goes for real life managers, to a certain extent at least.

There are certainly levels of commitment here, but all I'm implying is that in a career game, the amount of money you're offered might "force" you to jump ship. If you're being pedantic, that is.
I see your point, but even IRL there are more factors to consider than just salary. You might not want to sell your house, or the missus would rather get tarred and feathered than move to Gloucestershire, the new job may not be as secure as the current one, or you are confident you can lead the current club somewhere where they will afford to pay you higher wages soon.

I love wages, after negociating 3 times i got higher wages than the chelsea manager If you are the best you should be paid like the best.
