just wondering, what is the fun in finding a good lower league team to manage, or any team for that matter. If they're already good, there's not much you can do to make them better, if they are absolutely the worst team ever, then there's quite a bit you can do.

For example, get them relegated, make them bust and fall out with all the players. Far more fun than a "good" team.
