What Kostis said. I don't even have the Conference active in my current save, as I'm planning on managing abroad as long as possible, at which point I'll be looking for a league team.

There are more than two divisions in Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Brazil, Norway, and Sweden to name a few. I've always found it entertaining to play in Belgium, Brazil and Italy, mainly because the third or fourth levels in these countries are so large, and there are extensive playoffs for promotion. So it's more comprable to England than you think, and it makes promotion through the ranks a real challenge.

I prefer playing outside the UK too. I've had some good games in the past in Italy, Spain, Germany etc. I've noticed however, that I never seem to get job offers from other clubs even when I have been successful. I have wondered if that is because I have set my nationality as English.
Do you think I would be better off setting my nationality to whatever country I'm playing in?

Same here Steve. Set my nationality to norwegian while managing in Jockland. 7th season now and never heard peep from anything or anybody. A bit dissappointed, would have liked to at least be mentioned for some crappy jobs.
