What I like is the option to give a guy an injection, let the Physios deal with him or send him to a Specialist...the payoff being you get him for a game up to lose him for 6 months
I always send him to the Specialist, costs a fortune, but they're my boys :cool:
The option I had was send him to a specialist and lose him for 6-9 months or just to send him home and lose him for 5-8 months.
Now if this virus is serious enough to keep him out of football for 9 months I would prefer that he was seeing a specialist rather than sitting at home watching day time TV. (Or playing FM at home)
I want to punch somthing even harder now... My game just crashes in early june.
Went back to the last save... matey doesn't have a virus and I'm still in the playoffs. (First season finished second to Weymouth (15pts behind).
So the two major incidents I have lost are the 9 month virus and getting knocked out of the playoffs in the first round. FFS!!
Now if I replay it properly from here I could get promoted which i think is a load of B0llocks. Half of me is hoping I loose the playoffs again and the other half is tempted to throw the game... I'll keep you posted on the next couple of games
Well I tried a tactic that I was convinced would not work for us cause our players have never tried it. (All out attack) we scored in the 93rd minute to get promoted........ FFS...
I have decide to reload the old game a replay it till I lose!! And yes I know the flames could get pretty hot!
If you're forced to replay games by a crash and you win where previously you lost, and don't use knowledge gleaned on your last attempt, then you thank Frank and get on with it.
Replaying games over and over, whether to win or lose, isn't LLM.
99.99% of the time, a game crash isn't your fault. Just grin and bear it, and play the game in the manner you did first time round, like the Scottish maestro says.
I do agree with you about not replaying games I just couldn't in all honest enjoy being promoted that way, the game wuld have been tainted, the only other viable option for me would have been to restart my career.
I lost in the playoff final this time so I'm quite happey to continue from that point.
I just want to punch somthing!
