I think this question came up years ago but may be worth repeating here:

"Am I allowed to use the search screens to look for staff?"

I say yes. I seem to recall others saying no, including one unlucky sod who ended up having his only scout poached by a rival club and had to rely on youths coming through the ranks thereafter. Madness.

There's a difference between the search screen and the find function. Tiger Roo is talking about the find function on the main screen of the game and not the search screen. My understanding is that the find function has always been strictly prohibited according to the LLaMa way, because it searches the entire active database and not just "famous" players from your region.
