I know. My ass.man sucks. Might have something to do with my formation, wich is somewhat unbalanced and .. umm.. weird, but I'd put him in as left sweeper if needed, just to get him experience fast.

There seems to be quite a few great youngsters emerging at low level clubs though. One of the youths I bought that'll be knocking on the door next season appeared in Barrow. Amazing any youngsters pop up there at all, let alone great ones.

There was a way to make sure your assman played the U19s you wanted to play. As easy as fitting them into a formation (give you MR lad the MR spot in the U18s tactics).

I took it as a way to tell my assman I wanted those players to play there.

It didn't work every time, but I guess every assman has the right to disagree sometimes and field the players he wants (Hey, it's you who has put him in charge of the U18s).
