Sure, my advice is to play your game, use it as a learning experience, and don't do it again in your next, proper, LLM game.

That's just not fair. What do you know, maybe he's been playing CM/FM a decade. Maybe he's a natural. Maybe he's plain lucky. Maybe he ought to go out while it's still light instead of fidd'ling with his tactics. But who are we to judge? FFS, he's probably overjoyed with his success, let him be.

I'm not so sure that what you are doing is all that bad. It's questionable the way you are employing scouts having a ball on Cobacabana, but it's mimicing realism quite well. Although more agent-driven IRL, there are loads of players from the Americas and Africa who joins lower league clubs in England or lower stature leagues such as the Scandinavians, and use them as stepping stones for the potentially glorius Big Break. (Just pray that they don't have an attitude problem like a certain wannabe Liberan president)

That aside - how on earth can you make your team distinctly south american? Aren't there a rule of maximum number of EU-foreigners in England?

Well, not totally south american, but id like to be able to play "sexy" football, so far i havent had any limits on Non-Eu players

After some careful consideration, I have decided to pause my game for now, and leave it until I just want a bit of fun. I found that after leaving the lower leagues, it wasnt as much fun, so i want a new challenge. So im off to ask Frank and ill try and follow every rule to the letter.

Kostis means your in game reputation. The fact that you've won 4 promotions in 5 seasons will attract some very good players down to Stafford Rangers or wherever you may have ventured next.
